How do I edit my profile details?

You can manage your personal information on your tourloca page. Simply log in to your account and click on the the dorp down arrow icon with your photo on top right corner of the website. Select profile to start editing!

How do I change my email address?

If you wish to change your email address for logging in to tourloca, here’s what you have to do:

  • Go to your profile page
  • Go to step #5: Contact details
  • Change your email address and click save

Friendly tip: You can only use an email account that is not yet registered on tourloca.

How do I delete my account?

How do I book an experience with tourloca?

Its easy as 1,2,3! To book a private tourloca experience for you and your friends or family. Just follow these easy steps:

  • Step 1: Select your prefered destination and input the number of people traveling in your group.
  • Step 2: Browse through the offers available in the prefered destination, select the one that most appeals to you.
  • Step 3: Choose your favorite local host if multiple hosts are available on your selected experience.
  • Step 4: Select the date and starting time of your choice to see availability of the host selected for the particular experience.
  • Step 5: Once you are happy with your choice, complete your reservation by clicking “Book Now”.
  • Step 6 : You are also required to make your payment once you have "booked" your experience.

How do I pay for my Booking?

To pay for your bookings, just follow the steps to book your experience and select your preferred payment method when requested. You can pay for your experience through: Paypal, Credit Card or other payment methods available in your country of residence.

What happens if my reservation request is declined or expires?

if your booking request expires, rejected or cancelled by the host, 100% refund goes back to you! This will reach you within 10 working days.
