Welcome to the website and/or the tourloca mobile app (the “Platform”). These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the Platform and the use of any services, information and functions made available by us at the Platform (“Services”). Before using this Platform or the Services, you must read carefully and accept these Terms of Use and all other terms and conditions and policies pertaining to the use of the Platform and/or the Services (collectively referred to as Tourloca Terms and Conditions”) and you must consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy set out at By accessing the Platform and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by Tourloca Terms and Conditions and any amendments to the foregoing issued by us from time to time. If you do not agree to Tourloca Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, do not access and/or use this Platform and/or the Services.

The Terms of Use stated herein constitute a legal agreement between you and Guialocal Resources. (Company No.: 002896835-X), a company incorporated in Malaysia and having its registered address at 1, Jalan 9, Taman Tenaga, 43000. Kajang. Selangor, Malaysia (“Tourloca”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree to abide by these T&C, do not use or access this Site.

Tourloca reserves the right to amend, modify, add or remove all or portions of these T&C at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these T&C sporadically for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The Organizers / its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies , hotel contractors and other principals, tickets and vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and contracts under which these services are provided.

  • The Organizers accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences beyond its control includingbreakdown in equipment, strikes, war, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellations, charges in therein or schedules, etc. it is the responsibility of the tour member to buy travel insurance. safe keeping of travel documents are the responsibilities of persons who taking the tours.
  • The Organizers shall not be held responsible for deportation of refusal of entry by immigration Authorities to/of tour members resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes of whose behavior and activities are considered as subversive by the foreign government concerned. There is absolutely no refund to tour member who had been refused entry.
  • If necessary the organizers reserve the right to after itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation, the organizers also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or on behalf of clients, in which event no liabilities whatsoever shall be brome by the organizers in respect of such cancellations or withdrawal but money paid by such clients as booking fees shall refund to them.
  • No refund or reduction will be made to any person who does not participate in any meals , sightseeing or accommodation during the course of the tour.
  • The organizers reserve right to cancel land tour prior to departure for any reasons, including insufficient number of participants. Should this happen the entire payment will be refunded without further obligations on the part of the company.
  • The organizers also reserve the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his act or conduct is offensive to or incompatible with the interest, harmony and welfare of other clients and the tour as a whole and Tourloca shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.

To ensure the benefit of customers, Assumed those traveler joining our tour have already read, understand and agree the tour conditions.


The Services are intended solely for persons who are aged 18 years or older. Any access to or use of the Services by anyone under 18 years is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Services you guarantee that you are 18 years or older.


In these T&C:-

  • "Account" means a registered Account created by a Guest to use the Site and to gain full access to use the Service and/or Host Services.
  • "Guest" means a registered User who are accessing and/or using the Host Services provided by Local Host.
  • "Local Host" means the Host Services providers who are using the Service from Tourloca. Host are not regarded as Tourloca's employee or Tourloca's contractor.
  • "Host Account" means a registered Host Account created by the Host to use the Site and to gain full access to use the Service and to be a member with Tourloca.
  • "Host Services" means information regarding the Local Host including among others the Host's details, services and recommendations, local destinations, itineraries, facilities, tours and services provided by the Host.
  • "Privacy Policy" means all personal data provided to Tourloca will be handled, stored, and processed according to Tourloca privacy policy found at the Site. By accepting these T&C, User acknowledge that the User have read and agree with the Privacy Policy and consent to Tourloca collection, use and disclosure of the Users' personal data for the purposes as set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • "Service" means the online networking marketplace that reciprocally connects the Host and the User which enable the User to use the Host Services and allowing the Host to publish and provide the Host Services.
  • "User" means any persons including among others the Local Host, Guest or Tourloca's Marketing Partner, whether registered or not, who access the Sites or uses the Service and/or engage the Host Services provided by the Host.
  • "We/our or you/your" means Tourloca and User/Local Host/Guest respectively, whether individually or collectively.


You agree to pay for the "Total Cost" (including the price of the tour and, where applicable, taxes, levies and duties) for any booking requested, in accordance with the pricing terms set forth in the applicable booking page, if such requested bookings are confirmed by the applicable Operator. The availability and price of a tour can change any time until you have received a booking confirmation.

In case only the deposit is payable at the time of booking or booking confirmation, the balance of payment (i.e., the Total Cost minus the deposit) is due and will be payable as stated in the Operator’s terms according to the booking page.

Tourloca in its own discretion collects (through third party payment processors) the Total Cost (as one payment or deposit plus balance payments) for and on behalf of the Operator as its commercial agent. You hereby authorize the collection of such amounts by charging the credit/debit card provided as part of requesting the booking, or by one of the other payment methods as described on the Site or Application.


Some banks and credit card companies impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of the Malaysia, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Website


Service fee

  1. For successful booking made , Tourloca charge a certain amount of Local Host service fee upon mutual agreement with Local Host. Local Host service fee shall be deducted from the amount paid to Tourloca and it is not refundable in any circumstances unless the Local Host cancel or Guest making cancellation at least 9 days from scheduled date. No other fees to be charged to the Guest except for payment processing fee which is subjected to the payment terms elected by the Guest and it is not refundable in any circumstances.
  2. Tourloca reserves the right to hold the total amount paid by the Guest and shall deduct the Local Host service fee and shall disburse the balance to the Local Host after the completion of the Host Services.
  3. Tourloca reserves the right not to refund any unused portion of fees or payments, if any, should Tourloca find that the Local Host or Guest have breached the T&C.
  4. Any applicable service fees (including any applicable taxes) will be displayed to the Guest prior to publishing or booking Host Services. Tourloca reserves the right to change the service fee at any time and will provide Local Host adequate notice of any fee changes before they become effective.


  1. Local Host will list the Host Services on the Site together with the price information. User/Guest can enquire information by accessing the Site. At the time of booking, it shall be deemed that the User/Guest agree and accept the terms and conditions of the Host Services.
  2. When Guest purchase the Host Services offered, Guest are purchasing directly from the Local Host and not Tourloca. The Local Host is solely responsible for the information listed and the Host Services. Tourloca is not a party to any arrangement between the Local Host and the Guest.
  3. The booking shall be deemed completed once full payment via the payment terms as stipulated above has been made to the designated account where Tourloca will confirm the payment by sending out the payment receipt and the booking confirmation (including but not limited to the name of the Local Host, contact number, email address and Host ID) to the Guest. Simultaneously, the Local Host will receive an acknowledgment email from Tourloca of the booking confirmation.
  4. Guest will be able to directly contact the Local Host or choose to maintain using the Site chatbox once full payment is made.
  5. The exchange rate shall be provided by Tourloca which could be changed without any prior notice. Guest agree and accept that they shall bear any payment fees triggered by the related commercial banks.
  6. In case of dispute, Tourloca may assist to facilitate the dispute resolution between Guest and Local Host. In such case, Tourloca reserves the right to retain the payment due to be made to the Local Host until the dispute is resolved. Without limitation, both Guest and Local Host agree and accept that Tourloca can access at any time and disclose any information related to Guest and Local Host to authorities for the purpose of investigation.

Cancellation by Guest

  1. A cancellation of an accepted booking for the Host Services by Guest will result in a penalty payable by the Guest for purposes of compensating any relevant party affected by the cancellation including Tourloca and/or the Local Host, as follows:
    • 100% refund if the cancellation is made within 14 or more days prior the scheduled trip;
    • No refund if the cancellation is made below 14 days prior to the scheduled trip.

  2. After deduction of a penalty (where applicable), any balance for the respective booking will be refunded to Guest's bank account within 14 working days after cancellation.
  3. Guest shall contact Tourloca or the Local Host for any request to cancel the booking. Guest will receive confirmation from Tourloca via email on the cancellation. Should the Guest does not receive any confirmation, User is advised to contact Tourloca or the Local Host as early as possible.
  4. No penalty will be imposed to the Guest in case of force majeure as stipulated under Clause Force Majeure of this T&C. Tourloca reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine on the occurrence of force majeure.

Cancellation by Local Host

  1. If the Local Host cancel a confirmed booking made by the Guest, the Local Host agree that Tourloca may impose penalties and other conditions including cancellation fee, full refund of monies paid by Guest and/or blocking the dates of the cancelled booking from other bookings by other User/Guest.
  2. No penalty will be imposed to the Local Host in case of force majeure as stipulated under Clause Force Majeure of this T&C. Tourloca reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine on the occurrence of force majeure.

Cancellation by Tourloca

  1. Tourloca reserves the right to request the Guest to cancel any Host Services booked if necessary. Any cancellation by Tourloca shall result in a full refund to the Guest and the refund shall be remitted to the Guest within 14 working days after cancellation.
  2. Guest and Local Host agree that they shall not be entitled to any compensation, damages, reimbursement or other sum except for the refund stipulated above for such event.


  • Save as is otherwise specifically provided in this T&C, Tourloca shall not be liable for failures or delays in performing its obligations hereunder arising from any cause beyond its control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, strikes, lockouts or labour disputes, epidemics, governmental restrictions, wars, riots, earthquakes, storms, typhoons, floods and breakdowns in electronic and computer information and communications systems.
  • Upon the occurrence of any one of the events mentioned above, Tourloca may fully or partially suspend the performance of the Service/Host Services while such circumstances continues.


Using does not require registration of any kind other than voluntary registration for white papers, investor kits, alumni correspondence and registration to conferences and netsessions organized by Tour Loca. The personal data collected will not be sold to anyone outside and will be solely used by Yulanto Web Creations for a one-on-one contact with the registrants. Any information that we have collected or stored about you may be transferred to a future purchaser of our company and/or its assets. The data collected is stored in a secure server with our ISP which will take periodic backups of it but will not give or sell them to anyone.
